Vigneti aziendali: situati nei comuni di San Gimignano e Certaldo.
Giacitura e tessitura del terreno: collinare a circa 200/250 m s.l.m., terreno di medio impasto di origine pliocenica.
Vinificazione e affinamento: diraspatura, fermentazione con leggera macerazione sulle bucce. Purus viene prodotto senza l'aggiunta di solfiti e lieviti. Assenza di filtrazione e di altre operazioni di stabilizzazione. Affinamento in vasche di acciaio inossidabile e cemento vetrificato.
Vino e Annata
"... la produzione di vino senza solfiti e lieviti aggiunti nasce dalla volontà di sperimentare e di garantire il massimo sfruttamento delle uve, che devono essere raccolte perfettamente sane e allo stato ottimale di maturazione. L'andamento stagionale, piovoso in primavera, molto caldo in giugno e fresco e soleggiato a fine estate ha permesso una lenta ed equilibrata maturazione delle nostre uve biologiche...".

Etichetta
Il restyling dell'etichetta riprende le caratteristiche della precedente, alleggerendola di colori e dando più spazio allo sfondo. Il nome dell'azienda è stato spostato alla base, semplificando la composizione. Al centro spicca il rosone volutamente scolorito in alcune parti per renderlo vivo e integrato con la carta, delicato e minimale. Tre elementi in verde ricordano la naturalezza del prodotto: la foglia di vite posta sopra il nome del vino, la scritta vino biologico e quattro minuscole foglie che segnano lo spazio.

Farm vineyards: located in the municipality of San Gimignano, Siena
Layer and texture of the soil: hilly at about 200/250 m above sea level, medium-textured soil of Pliocene origin.
Vinification and aging: Destemming, fermentation with light maceration on the skins. Purus is produced without the addition of sulphites and yeasts. The modest quantity of sulphites present, less than 15 mg/litre was produced exclusively by the fermentation process. Absence of filtration and other stabilization operations. Refinement in stainless steel tanks and vitrified cement.
Wine and Vintage
"... the production of wine without sulphites and added yeasts come from the desire to experiment and to guarantee the maximum exploitation of the grapes, which must be harvested perfectly healthy and at the optimal state of ripeness. The hot but not dry seasonal trend for the water reserves accumulated during the spring period, characterized by very high temperatures from June to August, has allowed the grapes to be harvested intact and well colored...".

Label
The historical label is divided into two squares: the upper one with a brick red background shows the name of the wine and its indications. In contrast, the lower one has a stylized rose window in the middle symbol of light and purity in harmony with the wine production process. At the top of the label stands the logo of Casa Lucii that recalls the ancient tradition of Tuscan flasks.
